Donald is conscientious and always eager to go that extra mile, taking a meticulous approach to his work.  He has an in-depth knowledge and vast experience of teaching in emergency instruction as well as in pre-hospital environments.  Donald is regularly involved in community exercises visiting local schools, fire stations, multi-service training, developing and improving Health & Safety knowledge within the community.

Donald also has a background in construction where he has seen first-hand the need for regular and continuous monitoring of training in various construction applications where Health & Safety is essential in ensuring workplace safety.
